My husband and I were referred to Jerry by a friend. We had work with 3 other lenders to get prequalified and just felt discouraged each time. Cannot thank them enough! Diana, Jerry, and Tracy helped us accomplish the impossible. We were told by another lender that we did not qualify to buy a home, but they made it happen! We started our house journey with another realtor who simply told us we didnt qualify for an FHA loan, i decided to get a second opinion and emailed rocio who i had beeen following on IG for some time. She responded really quick and set up a time to do a group call. Jerry explained to us everything so well and told us to give them a chance. so we did. Got pre approved, house searched with Rocio and she put in an offer to the first house we fell in love with. She got our office accepted and then we went into escrow. Throught the whole process there were never unanswered questions, they made sure we understood every single step of the way. The dedication and hard work this team puts in is incredible. They fought to get our loan funded and we finally got our dream home. Would 100% recommend them to anyone who is in the search, they truly made this process an awesome experience for us.

I’ve never met a team that’s about making money & business that cares for their clients at the same time. TMG does ! They have integrity in everything they do. They do what they say they will do. They deliver. When I first reached out I had no hope as I kept coming across several other teams and referral from close friends or co workers who brushed me off with excuses or a plain no, and one of them completely ghosted me never called me back it was always a “not right now, you’re not ready” “work on boosting up your credit a few more years pay off all your debt and come back.”With TMG I was already hopeless and ready for the same answer I guess I was looking for reassurance that I was a problem that no one wanted to pick up, I was a challenging case! The best team Buying your first home could be overwhelming and scary let me tell you our story. Last year we were on the search of our first home, I was working with an agent that I believe was not honest always wanted us to over bit because the market was super competitive. After 8 months of no luck and a few offers submitted, he stoped searching homes for us too look at. I decided to use Jacob from ambient reality And that was the best decision we made. He was honest and set up and appointment to view a house within hours. Jacob recommended the mortgages guys to do all my loan document.Long story short our offer was not accepted but the story does not end there Jerry the loan manager and his team contacted the seller agent and explained how qualified we where and ready to buy because of that call seller decided to put us first if the accepted buyer did come thru.
