As CEO of BRISEŃO, she brings together financial expertise, creative vision and executive leadership across the BRISEŃO family of businesses.

Tracy Briseńo is an entrepreneur, real estate professional and industry leader with experience spanning real estate, mortgage lending, corporate banking, business strategy and residential development. As CEO of BRISEŃO and Lead Agent of BRISEŃO GROUP, she brings a unique financial and business perspective to every transaction, helping buyers, sellers, investors and business owners navigate complex real estate decisions with confidence.

Before entering real estate, Tracy built her career in Corporate Banking, where she managed multiple branch locations, led high performing teams and developed extensive experience in financial strategy, operations, lending and client relationships. Today, that foundation influences her approach to luxury real estate, investment opportunities and the strategic planning behind residential projects.

As CEO and Principal Design Consultant of BRISEŃO CONSULTING, Tracy leads the design vision for the firm’s residential projects. She works closely with clients throughout the design process- from space planning and material selections to finishes, fixtures and overall aesthetic direction- creating thoughtful, cohesive spaces that balance beauty, function and the client’s vision.

Her leadership extends nationally through the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP). Tracy served as the 2024 President of NAHREP San Gabriel Valley and currently serves as a NAHREP National Coach and a Director on the NAHREP Southwest Corporate Board of Governors. She is also a national speaker and has been recognized for her leadership and contributions to the real estate industry.

Together with her husband and business partner, Jerry Briseńo, Tracy leads a family of businesses spanning real estate, mortgage, and consulting. Known for combining financial expertise, real estate knowledge, design perspective and a relationship-driven approach, she is committed to delivering an elevated experience- whether representing a luxury home, advising an investor or helping bring a residential vision to life.

Beyond business, Tracy is a wife and mother of three whose approach to entrepreneurship is grounded in family, relationships and building opportunities that last beyond a single transaction.
